  1. This was just a random page from my sketchbook, but any freshman psychology class can see that these little aquarium-dwellers represent some of the personalities in my life.
The most obvious is the flat fish creating a puddle shape; no doubt he is the aquatic twin of our sixteen-pound cat Stella. The red-lipped brainiac fish pointed left is our landlord, “THE DUKE,” (capitalization and quotations as represented in his hallway postings).
I’m guessing that the Jurassic looking fish at the bottom are the arrogant roaches in the bathtub that Stella is too lazy to trap because she is busy making a puddle shape next to the sink.
